CILTeP Day One

CILTEP: Chemically Induced Long Term Extended Potentiation
A review in progress...

The following is a subjective anecdotal account of the following product:

- Day One -

I woke up at around 6:00am this morning. This is significantly earlier than my usual rising time. The early start was due to a painful toothache. I laid in bed for about 2 hours, getting up only twice, each time to smoke a cigarette. At about 8:30 I had 2 cups of coffee. Just after 9 I had 2 slices of toast for breakfast. I include this information because the CILTeP labelling suggests taking it on an empty stomach. At about 10:00am I took the CILTeP. 3x Capsules.

About 45 minutes later I felt a bit more awake, but it was hard to know whether it was attributable to the coffee, the CILTeP or both. At about 10:30am I set to work, reading about CILTeP and listening to Abelard Lindsay's interview on a podcast.

I had lunch around 12:15pm and had 3 cups of Green Tea in the hours spanning midday to 2:30pm.

To be honest I did not notice an overwhelming difference in my day. There was a sense of clarity, things seemed a bit brighter, and when driving I felt as though my field of view was expanded. I did get the occasional 'flow' state but these moments were few and far between, and somewhat fleeting.

I'd be lying if I said I noticed absolutely nothing, but it was nothing ground breaking either. I'll have to settle with trying to get a decent nights sleep tonight, and try again tomorrow on an empty stomach. As of today's efficacy I'd say it was 15%-20% increased. At the price of the supplement I'd want at least a 50% subjective improvement for it to be worth my while taking long term.

Tomorrow I'll try again and you'll find the results here, as they happen...

Namaste,
Kaga.

  1. A little later in the day I did notice some increase in motivation. Also some enhancement in focus and concentration. Bottom line is something is happening, I'm just not sure what or to what degree... further experimentation is needed, and will be posted as it happens.
